I love backpacking. This is one trip that allows me to workout my body while enjoying a stress-free environment. There are so many places that are waiting to be discovered and an outdoor adventure like this will let you see the many secrets of the world. Of course, backpacking would not be one without camping. Although stress-relieving, working out your body would mean that you could get tired at the end of the day. At these times, you can rely on your mens and womens backpacking gear to make it easy for you on this trip.

Backpacking helps your body to burn those unwanted fats. Backpacking involves walking and in between trips you might go trekking. When you walk or trek long distance you get to work out much of your legs and thighs. When you do this more often, you will lose your flabby thighs and make them leaner. So if you think you are far away from home (with just yourself and your backpacking tent with you) you can get away with exercise then think again.

Another health benefit that backpacking can give to you is improvement of strength. While you are camping or moving around things on your own, it is like lifting weights. Even though you have lightweight backpacking tents , the mere fact that you are carrying them on your shoulders while you are hiking and running, it is still contributing to your load. This is also a way of developing your muscles on the shoulders and you arms. This is a perfect alternative for your dumbbell sessions at home and it is not like you are missing it in exchange for having fun.

The best benefit that I think this activity could offer is cardiopulmonary. The more you move, the faster your heart beats and your respiration will be. This is the time wherein your body will be able to respond to various stresses appropriately. You will learn how to practice proper breathing exercise. You will also develop stamina. Imagine this: you will be running and walking along the highs and lows of the backcountry with ultra lightweight backpack, surely you will get to have a total body workout more than you do in the gym. After reaching the campsite, you get to rest for awhile and you will have to get back to work moving those muscles to set-up your tents, arrange your things and get the fire started for cooking.

Definitely, you cannot escape working out even if you are outdoors. This is really a great activity because while you are loosing those calories, you are also breathing in fresh air. You also have the option to choose various trails depending on your strength and agility. Always remember that working out is not our main goal in here but to have fun and unwind. Do not outdo your hiking because you have your backpacking gear with you. Do not get too cocky if you think the trail is hard. Just have fun and let it flow. This is the essence of this adventure.
